NYMT revives WHISTLE DOWN THE WIND
The National Youth Music Theatre brings Richard Taylor and Russell Labey's musical of WHISTLE DOWN THE WIND to the Greenwich Theatre from August 11-16. This is the original musical adaptation of the film that inspired Andrew Lloyd Webber to create his. Taylor's score for the show is special and deserving of far greater attention. The NYMT staged the show previously at the Riverside Studios in Hammersmith, where it made a wonderful impression. This new production in Greenwich should not be missed!

FIRST BROADWAY REVIVAL OF SOUTH PACIFIC
The first Broadway revival of Rodgers & Hammerstein's SOUTH PACIFIC, 59 years on from the show's debut, has had a triumphant opening at the Lincoln Center. The production, directed by Bartlett Sher and starring Kelli O'Hara and Paulo Szot, has had its initial run extended and is nominated for no less than eleven Tony awards..
